Homemade "Shake 'N Make" Oven Frying Mix For Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
    2 envelopes or tsp. instant chicken broth
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
    1 tsp. leaf rosemary, crumbled
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. coarse grind pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
    Combine the preceding listed ingredients in a tightly covered, moisture-proof container.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Use about 1 tablespoon of the mixture per serving of chicken parts.
    Moisten chicken in tomato juice, skim milk, white wine, lemon juice or water before shaking with crumb mixture.
    Arrange chicken pieces on a rack, skin side up, and allow to dry 15 or 20 minutes while oven preheats.
