Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large green pepper
    1 large clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can tomatoes
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 pkg. frozen okra, partially thawed
    1 can Shoe Peg corn (undrained)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    2 cans chunk chicken
Preparation
    Cook pepper,
    garlic
    and onion in butter until tender. Add remaining
    ingredients, except chicken.
    Cook until thick. Add chicken and heat.
    Serve over rice.
