From Scratch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. milk
    2 large eggs
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together into large mixing bowl.
    Add oil and vanilla to milk and pour into bowl with other ingredients.
    Beat 2 minutes on medium.
    Add unbeaten eggs and beat 2 minutes longer.
    Pour into 2 greased 8 or 9-inch layer pans.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven about 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    When cool, ice with Fluffy Frosting.
