Peach Drop Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. 100% bran
1 c. skimmed milk
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/4 c. cholesterol free egg product or 2 egg whites
1/2 c. canned peaches, chopped fine
1/2 c. dark raisins
Preparation

In bowl, combine bran and milk and let stand five minutes. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and soda, set aside.
Blend mixture just until blended.
Stir in peaches and raisins.
Drop by 1/4 cupfuls 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet or spoon batter into greased muffin pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until done.
These contain 155 calories each and no cholesterol.
