Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Beat egg, add other ingredients; mix well.
    Roll thin on a floured cloth or board.
    When dry, roll up and cut.
    Slice thin.
    I lay them on a towel in the patio until thoroughly dry.
    May be stored in pantry or freeze.
