Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 lb. graham crackers
1/4 lb. butter or oleo
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) lemon gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 tall can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Crush graham crackers very fine.
Add melted butter and mix. Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, saving 1/2 cup mixture for topping.
Add sugar to softened cream cheese.
Mix well and set aside.
Dissolve gelatin in hot water and chill until syrup consistency.
Whip chilled milk in large bowl and add lemon juice and whip.
Add gelatin mixture to milk mixture; beat well.
Add cream cheese mixture to milk mixture about 1/4 cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour mixture into pan; sprinkle top with graham cracker mixture.
Chill until firm.
Cut into squares and serve.
