Ingredients

1 can biscuits
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
oil
Preparation

Separate biscuits.
Press into flat round circles.
Cut a hole in center.
Heat oil in small kettle.
Drop biscuits, 2 at a time, into hot oil, turning once.
Fry to golden brown.
Remove and place on paper towel.
As soon as they drain, combine sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Roll doughnuts in this while they are still warm.
Continue to do so with doughnut holes and remaining doughnuts.
May use sugar and cinnamon to your taste.
You may also dip in melted butter before frying.
