Happy Hour Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 medium fresh mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 stick butter, softened
    1 glove garlic, minced
    2/3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. red wine
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 pkg. onion dip mix
    1/3 c. finely crushed Fritos
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms.
    Wash caps and brush with melted butter.
    Combine soft butter, garlic and cheese.
    Mix well.
    Add wine, soy sauce, onion dip and Fritos to make a paste.
    Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
    Place on baking sheet and broil 3 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
