Impossible Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (1 oz. each) sq. melted and cooled unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
whipped cream (optional)

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9-inch pie plate.
Mix all ingredients, except whipped cream, on high speed for 1 minute. Pour into pie plate.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Top with whipped cream, if desired.
