Mesquite Bean Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. Mesquite bean flour
    1/8 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mesquite Flour:
    Gather mature beans, thoroughly dry them in a low oven (140\u00b0 to 150\u00b0).
    Grind in a blender the whole bean!
    Sift flour to remove unground parts.
    Store in a tight container and refrigerate if possible because it is very appealing to insects.
