Chicken Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. mayo or salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 drops red pepper sauce
    2 c. finely cut up chicken
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced green peppers
Preparation
    Mix cheese, mayo, lemon juice, salt, ginger, pepper and pepper sauce.
    Stir in chicken, eggs and green pepper.
    Shape into log, 8 x 12 inches.
    Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate about 4 hours. Top with toasted sesame seed.
    Serve with crackers and/or bread rounds.
    Serves 10 to 12.
