Ingredients
    3 lb. sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. light brown sugar, packed and divided
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cook sweet potatoes in boiling, salted water until done.
    Peel and mash.
