Graduation Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. water
4 c. grapefruit juice
3 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
3 (6 oz.) cans frozen limeade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 (1 liter) bottles ginger ale, chilled
fresh strawberries and lime slices (garnish)
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well.
Pour mixture into a large freezer container or into 2 (13 x 9 x 2-inch) dishes; cover and freeze until firm.
Partially thaw mixture; break into chunks and transfer to a punch bowl.
Gently stir in ginger ale just before serving.
Garnish.
Yields 2 1/4 gallons.
