Indiana Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Heat
    milk,
    sugar
    and flour in saucepan over low heat until thick, but not quite boiling. Cut margarine into chunks and place in\tbottom\tof
    pie
    shell.
    Pour
    hot mixture over margarine
    and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Bake at 375\u00b0 until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
    Serves 6.
