Cheesy Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 small zucchini
flour
1 small onion, diced
1 c. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Slice zucchini.
Roll in flour, place in skillet with hot oil. Add onion, brown and drain off oil.
Top with cheese.
Serve.
