Apricot Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. cut-up apricots
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Pour boiling water over cut-up apricots.
Add sugar and butter (let cool).
Add egg, vanilla, flour, soda, salt and nuts.
I use spoon to mix.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 2 medium loaves.
