Squash Bread Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced squash
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. Bisquick
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix together the oil and eggs.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add squash and onion.
    Toss to coat.
    Arrange in an 8 x 8-inch Pyrex dish.
    Pour oil and egg mixture over squash and onion.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cut into squares and serve.
