Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can salmon, drained
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Remove skin and bones from salmon.
    Flake salmon.
    Combine salmon, onion, horseradish, cream cheese, lemon juice and salt in bowl; mix well. Shape into log.
    Chill until serving time.
    Serve with crackers.
    Yields 6 servings.
