Mama'S Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix oil and sugar.
Add nuts and apples.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to apple mixture.
Add vanilla and coconut.
Pour into Bundt pan, greased and floured.
Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
