Honey Of A Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. grated carrots
3 1/2 oz. coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) baking pans; set aside.
Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt together; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat eggs, add oil, buttermilk, sugar, honey and vanilla. Mix well.
Add flour mixture, pineapple, carrots, coconut, add walnuts.
Stir well.
Pour into pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool on rack for 10 minutes, then remove from pans.
