Speedy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
6 c. water
2 stalks celery, cut up
1 lb. canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
4 or 5 beef bouillon cubes
2 bay leaves
2 large carrots, cut up
2 small onions, cut up
1/2 c. rice or barley
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Brown meat.
Add bay leaf and water.
Heat until boiling. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients and cook 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Also great for using any leftover vegetables.
