Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 carton sour cream
1/2 c. onions, chopped
pepper
1 stick melted margarine
Preparation

Mix all together.
Put in greased 3-quart casserole. Cover top with bread crumbs and pour another stick of melted margarine on top.
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves about 30 people.
