Batter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour (self-rising)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 c. fresh fruit (peaches, strawberries, etc.)
Preparation

Grease 9 x 9-inch baking dish generously with butter.
Pour batter in dish.
Add fruit to top of batter.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
