White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt the butter or margarine over low heat.
    Blend in 2 tablespoons flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Heat until mixture bubbles.
    Remove from heat.
    Add gradually, stirring in 1 cup milk.
    Cook rapidly, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens. Cook 2 minutes longer.
    Makes 1 cup.
