Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large apples, chopped
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Peel apples and chop; set aside. Mix sugar and eggs until creamy. Sift together the flour, soda, salt and baking powder. Mix dry ingredients, oil and vanilla into egg mixture. Add apples. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
