Lemon Chicken Almondine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced almonds
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    lemon slices for garnish, if you wish
Preparation
    Place chicken in a large shallow baking dish.
    Combine lemon juice, mustard, garlic and pepper in a small bowl.
    Beat in oil. Pour over chicken. Marinate 1 hour at room temperature.
