Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 c. cooked shrimp
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sauteed sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
Add onions and cook until light brown.
Add shrimp (cut in half if large).
Add salt and pepper to eggs.
Add mushrooms.
Scramble together.
Add cold rice and cook until rice is coated with egg and hot.
