Pecan Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (10-inch) pie crust
1 1/4 c. coarse chopped pecans
3 eggs
1 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend first 4 ingredients and pour in pie crust.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Mix eggs in large bowl (blender) at medium speed until frothy.
Add corn syrup, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Beat well and pour over pecans.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes on center rack.
Place on wire rack to cool.
Serves 10.
