Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 pt. tomatoes
    1 tsp. oregano
    12 oz. tomato paste
    3 tsp. parsley
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 lb. cottage cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain and add tomatoes and seasonings.
    Mix beaten eggs with cottage cheese (Ricotta cheese may be substituted for cottage cheese).
    Layer sauce, noodles, sauce, eggs, noodles, sauce and cheeses.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let rest before cutting.
