Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) roast
    1 chopped onion
    1 can whole kernel corn
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1 bell pepper
Preparation
    Cut roast into bite size chunks and let simmer, slow, until tender (use as little water as possible for a more beefy taste). Add your potatoes (cut as you wish) and can of corn.
