Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large fryer, boiled and boned
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. chopped potatoes
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oleo
Preparation

Saute vegetables with oleo.
When tender, add flour, chicken broth and milk.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Stir until it boils. Add chicken and pour into large greased pan.
Make biscuit dumplings and put biscuits around edges of pan.
Brush with butter.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until biscuits are golden brown, about 30 to 45 minutes.
