Ken'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. of sugar
    1 Tbsp. of vinegar
    1 tsp. dill weed
    3 - 5 diced celery stalks
    1 small onion, chopped
    8 - 10 medium peeled potatoes, boiled
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 - 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    mayonnaise, light or regular
    salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large bowl, cube cooked potatoes in 1-inch cubes.
    Add diced
    celery stalks, chopped onion, and chopped hard boiled eggs. Mix in spices, sugar, and vinegar.
    Gradually mix in mayo to desired consistency.
    Chill for at least three hours. Add salt & pepper to taste before serving.
    Garnish with paprika for a perfect summer salad.
