Irresistible Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1/2 c. Crisco vegetable shortening
    1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 bag Hershey's Kisses
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine peanut butter, shortening, light brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
    Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
    Add egg.
    Beat until blended.
    Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
    Add to creamed mixture at low speed.
    Mix until blended.
    Drop heaping teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Flatten slightly.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes until just beginning to brown.
    Cool for 2 minutes.
    Remove cookies.
    Place on foil.
    Add Hershey's Kisses to center of cookies.
    Allow time to cool completely.
