Banana Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. nonfat buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. mashed ripe banana
    1/2 c. frozen egg substitute, thawed
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine first three ingredients in a large bowl.
    Make a well in the center of mixture.
    Combine buttermilk and soda, stirring well.
    Add banana, egg substitute and oil.
    Stir well.
    Add buttermilk mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten.
