Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large cabbage leaves, simmered in boiling water for 3 minutes
    1 c. cooked rice (or instant)
    1/3 c. water
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix rice, water, salt, thyme, egg, onion and pepper.
    Mix in hamburger.
    Put 1/4 cup meat mixture in each cabbage leaf and roll up.
    Mix tomato sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar; pour on top. Simmer 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
