Eddie'S Chicken Sauce Piquant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cut up and seasoned with red pepper
    1 yellow onion, chopped
    1/2 c. water
    4 tops green onions
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
    1 clove garlic
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Spray bottom of pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Fry chicken until brown.
    Cover with onion.
    Cover; cook about 1 minute.
    Turn chicken and allow onion to brown.
    Add water; cover and steam 1 minute.
    Add tomato sauce, green onions and garlic.
    Mix together 1/2 cup water with flour until thick; add to pot.
    Add sausage; simmer for 1 hour.
