Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
juice from 1 lemon
3 beaten egg yolks
Preparation

Mix together.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until almost firm (about 30 to 40 minutes).
Top with meringue and bake another 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned.
