Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cake flour
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Combine cake flour, sugar, cocoa and soda, being sure to sift flour before measuring.
Sift flour, sugar and cocoa 3 times.
Mix well, then add buttermilk, oil and egg.
Mix these ingredients well.
Add the boiling water and mix again.
Bake in a moderate oven until done.
