Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 shallot or small onion
1 lb. chicken breasts (2), skinless and boneless
Preparation

Saute onion and parsley in butter.
Add chicken and saute, turning once until browned on both sides, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Reduce heat and cook covered about 10 minutes longer. Meanwhile, make sauce.
