Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 stick margarine
1 small chopped onion
1/2 diced green pepper
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream soup (mushroom, chicken or celery)
1 can Durkee French fried onions (half in casserole and half on top)
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Mix together.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Then uncover and bake 30 minutes.
