Impossible Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. margarine, melted
3 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease pie plate.
Beat all ingredients until smooth 30 seconds in blender or 1 minute with mixer.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
Cool; serve with mixed fruit.
