Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Mix and make into 3 rolls.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Remove from oven; drain and pat dry with paper towel.
    Wrap well and store in refrigerator.
    May be frozen.
