Perfect Rhubarb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rhubarb, cut up in cubes
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour (not heaped up)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red food coloring
1 egg
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Put the rhubarb in the unbaked crust of a 9-inch pie pan.
Mix flour, sugar, water, food coloring and egg well in a saucepan. Then pour over rhubarb.
Add top crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes until well brown.
