Twin Mountain Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. blueberries
    1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
    Cut in shortening until crumbly.
    Beat eggs with milk.
    Stir in dry ingredients.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Pour into greased 8-inch round cake pans. Sprinkle flaked coconut over the top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Yields 16 servings.
