1/4 c. long grain rice
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
In a 1 1/2-quart baking dish, combine all ingredients.
Bake for 2 1/2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes. This will give the pudding a creamy texture.
