Haupia (How-Pee-Ah)(Hawaiian Coconut Pudding Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coconut milk (canned or frozen)
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
    Cook over low heat, stirring frequently.
    Cook until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
    Pour into mold or 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Chill until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares to serve.
