No Bake Lemon Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 whole graham crackers, broken in half
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
    1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling (optional)
    3 c. cold milk
    2 pkg. (6 serving size) lemon instant pudding
Preparation
    Arrange half of crackers in bottom of 13 x 9 pan.
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Gradually beat in 1 cup milk.
    Add remaining milk and pudding; beat 2 minutes.
    Stir in 2 cups of Cool Whip. Spread half over crackers.
    Add second layer of crackers.
    Top with remaining pudding mixture.
    Freeze 2 hours.
    Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes.
    Garnish with pie filling (optional).
