Savard Salmon Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 minced clove garlic
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.
    Saute onion, green pepper and garlic until tender in olive oil.
    Add rest of ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
    Serves 4.
