Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green onions, chopped
    1 green or red pepper, chopped
    1 pt. mushrooms, sliced
    16 slices bread, cut into cubes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Swiss cheese
    1 (8 oz. pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 doz. eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, bread and cheeses in greased 8 x 10 x 2-inch pan.
    Combine eggs, milk and mustard; pour over vegetable mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes.
    Before done, drizzle melted margarine over casserole and bake until done.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Serve.
