Hawaiian Stuffed Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eating apples
    2 Tbsp. shredded coconut (optional)
    4 Tbsp. peanut butter
    2 Tbsp. raisins
Preparation
    Halve apples lengthwise.
    Remove core and a bit of apple pulp. Mix peanut butter mixture and place halves back together.
    Wrap securely and pack for lunch.
    Makes 2 servings.
